Addressing the issue of a sexist, misogynistic culture in our organisations requires our collective courage and unwavering resolve. We know that calling out inappropriate behaviour is not easy. Many of us shy away from conflict, fearing the repercussions that may follow. In your organisation I’m sure you often encounter challenging situations, and it can be tempting to turn a blind eye to what we know is wrong.

They are at a tipping point, feeling isolated and overwhelmed. Every time we remain silent in the face of sexism, bullying, or any form of misconduct, we risk pushing them further into despair.
By choosing to speak out, by taking a stand, you could be providing the vital support they need. You might be the one who saves a life. You could prevent children from experiencing the profound grief of losing a parent or spare parents the heartache of losing their child.

When you witness sexism, misogyny, or bullying, remember – what you walk past, you allow. By remaining silent, you are allowing the seeds of a toxic culture to take root, perpetuating misery and suffering.
We all have the power to change that narrative – together! One
